New Covid 19 Protocols
Covid restrictions are constantly changing. Please see below the latest news
TRAVEL QUARANTINE
- If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need to take or provide a negative COVID-19 test before entering in Italy and do not need to quarantine.
- Entry into Italy will be allowed by presenting
- digital Passenger Locator Form (PLF) in digital or paper form;
- green Covid-19 certification (certificate of vaccination, certificate of cure or negative molecular or antigenic test) or other certification of vaccination recognised as equivalent.
- Only in the event of failure to produce any of the above certifications will the measure of quarantine be applied for a period of 5 days with the obligation to undergo molecular or antigenic testing at the end of the period.
ON SET PROTOCOLS
- The general requirement is to frequently perform certified covid test for the whole crew, but there may be specific requirements related to insurance reasons and/or to the origin of the crew, which may for example require frequent PCR molecular testing and therefore make rapid covid test insufficient.
- Covid 19 Supervisor on all shoots where required
- Temperature check on arrival, wash hands upon arrival, alcohol- based sanitizers will be provided
- PPE equipment to be provided to all crew. Crew can bring their own, production will be able to supply also
- Interaction between people kept to the minimum, kept the minimum distance
- For the time being, the covid protocol of the ANICA Associazione Nazionale Industrie Cinematografiche Audiovisive Digitali (National Association of Digital Audiovisual Cinematographic Industries) is still in force in Italy, without prejudice to the specific provisions of the RSPP Responsible of the Prevention and Protection Service and or the competent doctor of each company.

HAIR and MAKE UP
- PPE equipment to be worn including face shields, HMU crew should limit face-to-face positioning where possible
- HMU must to follow an appropriate disinfection for own equipment
- Individual make-up brushes and artist, cleaned at the end of each day
TECHINICAL EQUIPMENT
- The Technical Equipment to be ‘deep cleaned’ , sanitized, before and after each shoot and frequently during the day
- Remote monitoring and remote focus to be used where possible

- green Covid-19 certification (certificate of vaccination, certificate of cure or negative molecular or antigenic test) or other certification of vaccination recognised as equivalent.

CATERING E CRAFTS
- Wash and sanitise hands before entering the catering area
- Individually packaged food
- During meal breaks to queue up and eat, maintain a safe distance
- PPE equipment to be provided to all crew. Crew can bring their own, production will be able to supply also
- Interaction between people kept to the minimum, kept the minimum distance
LOCATION
- All the locations or studio to be ‘deep cleaned’ , sanitized, before and after each shoot and frequently during the day
- In Talents Trailers keep the physical distancing 2 mt
- Toilets to be cleaned regularly throughout the day
